Dr. Amanda Burns is here to facilitate you on your journey of unleashing your body’s healing potential.

Serving innate centered chiropractic care, breath work, movement, and lifestyle educational classes, Dr. Amanda helps people find their way within, so they can express themselves authentically and freely internally and externally. Dr. Amanda is committed to cultivating conscious and collaborative community here in Woodstock, GA and across the globe.

 

At Even Flow, currently housed within HealthSprout, we speak, act, and live intentionally and the

practice embodies this. With open adjusting and a large gathering area, we have designed a space for the community to gather together to celebrate the healing that is being done.

 

Dr. Amanda was raised in southeastern KY where she saw many people exchange their lives and their

light for elicit and prescription drugs. This was her first nudge toward Chiropractic—her commitment to finding a way to preserve this light within us that gives each of us life—what we chiropractors refer to as innate intelligence.

 

Dr. Amanda successfully made it out of Middlesboro, KY, where her life began to unfold at Berea College (look up if you aren’t financially privileged and have a kid interested in college). Her studies at Berea led her to California and Brazil where her love and commitment to serving humanity expanded and deepened. Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Berea College. Here she worked as an Anatomy & Physiology Teacher’s Assistant, Organic Gardener, and Forester Assistant while living off the grid with four of her colleagues.

 

Her next collegiate step was moving to Marietta, GA to attend Life University where she received her

Doctorate in Chiropractic. It was during this time that Dr. Amanda really began to understand and see

the true essence of chiropractic—what she is now committed to sharing with each of you. Because of

this commitment, when you are receiving adjustments from Dr. Amanda, she will encourage you to set

aside distractions so you can quiet the mind, open the heart, and expand your awareness of your bodyand your breath.

 

Outside of the office Dr. Amanda enjoys hiking with her beloved dog, Jupiter, doing yoga, rock climbing, playing hand drums, dancing like a wild woman, and traveling to explore and experience other healing modalities and ways of life.
